We offer customized programs to suit your needs, from covering the basics for new users to accelerated instruction for more experienced users.  Listed below are the most popular training options:

Full Day Classes / Several Day Sessions

Hands-on software training sessions at your facility, for new or “converting” users.  Level 1 courses cover the basics and “how to use” the product.  Level 2 courses cover advanced options and usage.  Half day sessions are also available for accelerated training.

If courseware is needed for these classes, we use those developed by industry leaders in software training materials.  They are cost-efficient yet carefully designed for both the novice and the more familiar user, and contain exercise disks in each student Learning Guide.

Individual Tutoring

For individuals with specific needs and/or time constraints.  One-on-one sessions allow for customized training, system analysis and technical support, in addition to creative solutions for existing programs.

Demonstrations

Instructor-led, on-screen product demonstrations, seminar style.  Demonstrations are available for larger groups, or when hands-on training is not practical.  Attendees can see the product in action and learn “tips and tricks” without the expense of a training room setup.  This type of training is beneficial for general product overview and discussion.
